Welcome to Naiture Within. By accessing and using this website and our coaching services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Coaching Services:

• Naiture Within provides coaching services aimed at facilitating personal growth, self-discovery, and authentic living.

• Coaching sessions may be conducted online or in person, as agreed upon between the coach and client.

• The coach will provide guidance, support, and tools to assist clients in achieving their stated goals.

• Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical advice.

3. Client Responsibilities:

• Clients are responsible for their active participation in the coaching process.

• Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions based on coaching sessions.

• Clients agree to provide honest and open communication.

4. Fees and Payment:

• Fees for coaching services will be communicated to clients prior to the commencement of any coaching program.

• Payment terms and methods will be specified in individual coaching agreements.

• Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 5% per month, or the statutory rate applicable in the UK, whichever is higher.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be specified in individual coaching agreements.

• Generally, at least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations may result in charges.

6. Refunds:

• Refund policies will be specified in individual coaching agreements.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation.

• Refunds are not given for completed coaching sessions.

7. Limitation of Liability:

• Naiture Within shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our coaching services or this website.

• Our total liability shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for the relevant coaching program.

• Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Confidentiality:

• All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential.

9. Intellectual Property:

• All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Naiture Within and is protected by copyright laws.

10. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.  

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• Naiture Within reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
